OVERVIEW
Safe Water, Better Health, Brighter Futures
Access to clean and safe drinking water is a fundamental human right. In many remote villages across Bangladesh, families still lack access to safe water. Recognizing this critical need, the Sunbulah Welfare Association (SWA) has been actively engaged in constructing tube wells to serve these communities with the donation of the donors of UAE.
Since receiving NGO Bureau registration in 2004, SWA has successfully constructed approximately 2,800 deep and shallow tube wells across Bangladesh by 2025. Each tube well not only provides a reliable source of drinking water but also significantly improves the health, hygiene, and overall quality of life of local residents.
Through this project, families no longer have to walk long distances or rely on unsafe water sources. Children’s health is safeguarded, and communities gain the foundation for social and economic development. Every tube well acts as a beacon of hope, providing local people with essential resources for daily life.
SWA believes that even a single tube well can transform a life. Through this initiative, the organization is committed to ensuring safe water access, promoting healthy living, and fostering awareness, cooperation, and hope in rural communities.
