We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Coordinator to lead on-ground disaster relief, food basket distribution, and emergency rehabilitation projects in flood-vulnerable regions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Plan, execute, and monitor field relief operations in coordination with local administration.
Supervise beneficiary verification and ensure fair, transparent relief distribution.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for donors and executive management.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and field volunteer teams.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Science, Disaster Management, Development Studies, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in humanitarian or NGO field projects.
Strong communication skills in Bengali and English.
Willingness to travel to remote flood-prone areas.
